📥 Digital Products (Digital Planners, Stickers, Templates)

All digital products are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Due to the nature of digital files, all sales of digital items are final once the files have been downloaded or accessed. Digital products cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled.

If you experience any issues accessing or downloading your files, please contact me and I’ll be happy to help.

📦 Physical Products – Custom & Personalized Planners

Custom and personalized physical planners are non-refundable and non-cancelable once production has started.

These items are made specifically for you and may include:

  • Custom cover design
  • Color selection
  • Name personalization
  • Custom back text or layout details

Once an order has been sent to production or printing, it cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or refunded, as custom-made items cannot be resold.

This is in accordance with consumer protection regulations, which exclude custom and personalized goods from standard cancellation and return rights.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Production times are listed in each product description. Shipping times may vary depending on destination and carrier.

Please note that:

  • I am not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
  • Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties applicable in their country.

🖨️ Damaged or Defective Items

If your physical planner arrives damaged or with a printing defect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.

I will gladly assist with a replacement or appropriate solution where applicable.

✏️ Order Accuracy & Customization Details

Buyers are responsible for reviewing all personalization details carefully before placing an order.

I am not responsible for:

  • Misspellings, incorrect names, or wrong details provided by the buyer
  • Design choices selected during customization

❌ Cancellations

  • Digital products: Cancellations are not accepted.
  • Custom physical products: Cancellations are only possible before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible.
